Relieve Me 15ml

Relieve Me Essential Oil Blend has a fresh, sharp, menthol-like aroma. The oil combines Helichrysum gymnocephalum, Wintergreen, Clove Bud, Cypress, Peppermint, and Marjoram oils. Relieve Me Essential Oil Blend is part of the Rocky Mountain Oils Relief collection. Use Relieve Me to stimulate deeper breathing during meditation or to energize the senses. Blend in a carrier oil and massage into muscles and joints after a workout.

Relieve the Pain Cream

• 30 drops Relieve Me
• 10 drops Mother's Touch
• 1 teaspoon FCO
• 1 teaspoon Beeswax
• 1 cup Shea Butter

Melt shea butter and Beeswax. Remove from heat and add FCO. Blend in essential oils. Pour into a container and allow to cool completely. Close lid and label. Massage into affected area 2-3 times a day.

Cool the Ache Massage

• 3 drops Relieve Me
• 2 drops Pain Ease
• 2 tablespoons FCO

Massage into affected areas. Will especially help areas of inflammation.Relieve the Pain Cream
