Shipping, Returns & Refunds

Shipping Carriers & Insurance
- We ship using FedEx and USPS — all shipments include insurance coverage
- Insurance is provided for your protection in the event of a lost, stolen, or damaged package
- Shipping rates may appear higher than standard due to included insurance
Processing & Delivery Times
- Handling Time: Orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days unless we are closed or on vacation
- Transit Time: Shipping generally takes 2–3 business days depending on destination
- Tracking details will be emailed to the address provided at checkout once your order has shipped
Shipping Costs
- Standard California shipping is typically $18–$20
- For orders over $400 please select the Large Package shipping option at checkout
- Large package shipping rates typically begin around $25–$30
- Shipping and handling fees may be adjusted after purchase if the final carrier charge is lower than the amount initially paid
Orders Over $400: Please select the Large Package shipping option at checkout to ensure the correct insurance amount is applied to your order.
Liability
Once a package has been accepted by the carrier, Trin Spa Skin & Wellness is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged shipments. Any delivery issues must be resolved directly with the carrier. We are not liable for incorrect shipping information provided at checkout — please double-check your address before submitting your order.
Delivery Issues & Claims
If your package is lost, delayed, or damaged:
- Check the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email
- Contact the carrier directly — FedEx at fedex.com/claims or USPS at usps.com/help/claims
- Provide your tracking number, proof of purchase, and photos if the package was damaged
- The carrier will review and resolve your claim — refunds or replacements come directly from them if approved
We are happy to assist by providing invoices or order confirmations needed for your claim, but all disputes must be resolved with the carrier.
Service Area
We currently accept U.S. orders only. International shipping is not available at this time.
Returns & Exchanges
At Trin Spa Skin & Wellness, we take pride in offering high-quality skincare, wellness, and handcrafted products. To ensure product integrity and the highest standards of safety, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on any skincare, wellness, or personal care items once they have left the spa. This policy protects both our clients and product quality, as we cannot restock or resell opened or temperature-sensitive items.
Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a product that is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of purchase or delivery at trinspaskinandwellness@gmail.com so we can review your concern and provide a replacement if applicable.
Spa Services
All service sales are final. Cancellations or rescheduling must follow our Spa Policy. No refunds are issued on deposits or completed services.
