Spa Policy
Trin Spa Skin & WellnessOur policies exist to protect your time, our team, and every client who walks through our doors. Thank you for taking a moment to review them before your visit.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Please allow at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This ensures availability for other clients and allows us to offer your spot to someone on the waitlist.
No-Shows & Late Cancellations: Missed appointments or cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will result in the full charge of the scheduled service. Rebooking will require payment of the missed service before a new appointment can be confirmed.
Deposits
A 50% deposit is required to secure all appointment requests for the following:
- All new clients booking for the first time
- All clients who have not visited Trin Spa in the past 6 months
Deposits are applied toward the cost of your service and are non-refundable in the event of a late cancellation or no-show.
Children at the Spa
For the safety of both the child and our spa environment, children are not permitted in the spa unless they are receiving a service. Trin Spa does not provide childcare, and we want to ensure every client — including you — can fully relax and enjoy their treatment. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time to ensure the following client is not affected. The full service price will apply regardless of the time used.
Health & Safety
Please inform us of any allergies, sensitivities, medical conditions, medications, or recent procedures before your appointment. This information helps us customize your treatment safely and effectively.
