Pain Ease Essential Oil Blend is part of the Rocky Mountain Oils Relief collection. Add the blend to a carrier oil and use to massage into tight muscles after a workout.

• 20 drops Pain Ease
• 10 drops Mother’s Touch
• 2 Capsules Vitamin E
• 1 teaspoon FCO
• 1 cup Shea Butter

Melt shea butter, remove from heat, and add FCO and Vitamin E. Blend in essential oils. Put in container and allow to cool completely. Close lid and label. Massage into affected area 2-3 times a day.

Pain Relief Massage oil

• 30 drops Pain Ease
• 15 drops Aligning
• 2 Capsules Vitamin E
• 4 ounces FCO
• 2 ounces Jojoba

Blend all ingredients in a dark colored glass bottle. Shake well for 1 minute close lid, and label. Allow to sit for 24 hours before use so oils can synergize together.
