Mineral Veil is a light weight primer and setting powder.
Formulated with Rice Powder to reduce shine and sets your makeup for the day.
It’s extremely translucent and completes the flawless finish for those oily combination skins.
To create a matte effect + reduce the shine, this translucent powder should be used all over the face including eye lids + will set your makeup for the day.
Can be used before or after your foundation.
