Unlike its Roll-On counterpart, this Counting Sheep Diffuser Blend does not contain any dilution. This makes it the perfect choice if you want to diffuse or create your own DIY spray recipes for your room, bed, pillow, or linens. 

If you wish to topically apply, you will need to mix with a carrier oil before you do so. You can topically apply to targeted areas such as feet, legs or back. Massage into these areas for additional relaxation.

Add a few drops of Counting Sheep to your favorite diffuser right before bed to help relax your body and mind, and get you ready for sleep. You can also add a few drops of Counting Sheep to create a room spray. You can use this room spray around your room or on your bed or pillow before bedtime to soothe you and encourage a more restful sleep.
